These terms govern your use of this website and the general terms on which Coastal Luxury Pools provides design, construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair services. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to them.
The agreement for your project
Coastal Luxury Pools is a brand of Emerald Coast Pool Solutions, LLC, a licensed Florida pool contractor, license number CPC1460012.
Nothing on this website is a contract or an offer. Every project is governed by a written proposal and construction or service agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Quotes and proposals
Every project is quoted individually after a site visit. Pricing depends on site conditions, access, elevation, soil, finishes, equipment selection, and scope, and is discussed directly with you rather than published here.
Written proposals are valid for the period stated on the proposal itself. Material and equipment costs can move, and a proposal may be revised if it has expired or if the scope changes.
Changes to scope after work begins are handled by written change order, agreed before the additional work proceeds. A change order may affect both cost and schedule. Payment terms, deposits, and the draw schedule are set out in your signed agreement.
Timelines and permitting
Any schedule we give you, whether in conversation or in a proposal, is an estimate made in good faith and not a guarantee. Construction timelines are measured from permit issuance, not from the date you sign.
Permit review times are set by your local building department and are outside our control. The following can also extend a schedule: weather, inspection availability, utility locates, HOA or architectural review, material and equipment lead times, and conditions discovered once excavation begins.

Warranty
New construction carries a three year limited warranty on the shell, plaster, and tile.
All equipment comes with a 3 year manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty.
Warranty coverage requires that the pool be maintained in line with the water chemistry and care guidance we provide, and begins once the project is paid in full.
Coverage does not extend to damage from neglect, improper chemical balance, freeze events, storms, ground movement, work performed by others, or normal wear such as fading and settling. Full warranty terms are set out in your signed agreement, which governs.
Your responsibilities
Project photography
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing. Photographs are of the pool and outdoor space, never of people or identifying details, and we do not publish street addresses. If you would prefer we not photograph your project, tell us in writing and we will note it on your file.
Website use and communication
The text, photographs, designs, and logos on this site belong to Coastal Luxury Pools and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information through our forms, or interfere with its operation.
Our forms are protected by automated spam filtering, which analyzes device and browser signals to distinguish real inquiries from bots.
By submitting a form or giving us your number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry. Our text messaging terms and how we handle your information are set out in our privacy policy.
Text messaging terms
Program description
Coastal Luxury Pools sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to be contacted. Messages relate to your project or service account: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival notices, project status updates, service and maintenance notifications, and replies to questions you send us.
Consent
You opt in by providing your mobile number on our website form, in our website chat, by text, or verbally to a member of our team, and by agreeing to receive messages. Where consent is collected by checkbox, that box is never pre-selected for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with the activity on your project or account. Message and data rates may apply. Coastal Luxury Pools does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 850.333.5369. You can rejoin by texting START or by asking a member of our team.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Text messaging may not be supported on all carriers or devices.
Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
Liability and disputes
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
A swimming pool carries inherent risk. Once a project is handed over, responsibility for supervision, safety barriers, and compliance with applicable safety codes rests with the owner.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought in the courts serving Walton County, Florida. Disputes arising from a signed project agreement are handled under the dispute provisions of that agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your signed project agreement is not changed by an update to this page.
