We start on-site, understanding your property and how you want to live before drawing anything.
Permitting
Typically 2–4 weeks, handled on your behalf before construction begins.
Construction
8–10 weeks for a new build, 3–4 weeks for most renovations, start to finish.
Walkthrough & warranty
Every project closes with a full walkthrough, backed by a 3-year shell, plaster & tile warranty and a 3-year manufacturer warranty on equipment.
